PlayNc Support? - Guild Wars Forums

I called yesterday about my Guild Wars account to the Guild Wars support line, and he sent me a message through plaync.com asking me to send him a confirmation picture of my key. I was going to ask them another question, as I am still waiting for a responce on plaync, but they do not have phone support during the weekends and today is a weekend. My question is, do they still respond to questions through plaync during the weekend, or no?
